Makes 2 servings | Prep Time: 0 min | Cook Time: 7 min

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil.

  2. Add tea. Let steep 2-5 minutes to desired darkness and then remove teabag.

  3. Add milk and Jaswant’s Kitchen Chai Masala & bring to a boil.

  4. Strain if desired and serve. Add sugar or honey to taste.

Dhoodh Chai (Chai Latte) 
Makes 2 servings | Prep Time: 0 min | Cook Time: 7 min

Ingredients:

  1. In a small pot, heat milk on medium heat until steaming.

  2. Take off heat and add tea and Jaswant’s Kitchen Chai Masala.

  3. Let steep for 2-5 minutes to desired darkness.

  4. Add sugar or honey to taste.

  5. Strain if desired and pour into cup from a distance to create a froth.

A pinch is all you need! I’m a big fan.

You really do only need a pinch of the masala to make a great cup of chai (I was skeptical at first)! I also love the fact that the flavor is sooooo tasty that I didn’t feel the need to add sugar.

As a twist, I added a Silk brand non-dairy Soy creamer instead of milk (much smaller quantity) and it was equally delicious, especially on a cold winter day.

Don’t let the small container fool you, you’ll be enjoying loads of chai with one purchase! I’d highly recommend.
